What does it mean to love your neighbor?
Sermon Title: The Parable of the Good Samaritan
Scripture: Luke 10:25-37

Who is your neighbor and what is your duty to your neighbor? It's a tough question, one that Jesus asked in the parable of the Good Samaritan. This Sunday, we will unpack what it means to love with our head and to love with our heart. The message will be given by Gerardo Mancilla, a former intern with Art in MC3's student ministry.

The Parable of The Good Samaritian

Jesus often taught in Parables, using analogies the people could identify and associate themselves with. He used things such as seeds, farmers, crops, home builders, children, mustard, bread making, money, travelers, etc.

Remember:  A parable is an earthly story with a heavenly meaning! As we prepare our hearts for this lesson, let’s remind ourselves that life with Jesus is so much more than a list of rules; it is all about love and what Jesus did for us!

An email will be sent Friday with a link to this week’s lesson.
