• Hamburger-hotdog lunch planned after parking lot service
  • Special offering goal set to help MC3 meet financial commitments

We’re pushing FORWARD this SUNDAY, as MC3 looks to reflect on the Lord's blessings over the past year and look forward to the year to come.

Our third annual FORWARD SUNDAY will take place this Sunday at 10:30 a.m. with our Church in the Parking Lot service at the old Mount Carmel property, 6015 Old Stone Mountain Rd. To commemorate the occasion, we will have a socially distanced hamburger-hotdog lunch right after the worship service. Please bring your own chairs, as we will not have tables available.
Lunch will be as hands-free as possible, served in Styrofoam containers with prepackaged chips, drink and dessert to go with the burgers and dogs.

As part of FORWARD SUNDAY, we will be seeking an offering at least four times the usual total. MC3 has experienced lower-than-usual giving this year, and we hope to use the Forward Sunday offering to help close the gap between income and expenses for the church. As usual, at least 10 percent of our offering will be earmarked for the missions supported by MC3. Please be praying about your tithes and offerings on Oct. 18.

In addition to the parking lot worship, we will have our usual online service as well, also at 10:30. If you can’t join us in the parking lot, we hope to see you online.
