We were looking into the section of the four sons, raising the possibility that they are not as different as they seem and that maybe the haggadah is not speaking about four distinct children, but how every individual can be all four. We are all at times wise, at times rebellious, at times simple and at other times unwilling/unknowing to ask. In R. Salanter's words
