Join Us in Memorizing Psalm 1 Together

This Sunday we will begin a 12 week sermon series on Prayer. As we begin exploring our prayer life, consider memorizing Psalm 1 with our church, meditating on it day and night. If you weren't able grab a Psalm 1 memory card this past Sunday, be sure to pick up one up at the Welcome Desk. We encourage you to place this card on your mirror, in your car, by your kitchen sink, or wherever it will be helpful to prompt you. Hiding these truths in our hearts is a valuable part of our faith that will yield fruit in us for the years to come.

The start of a new year is the perfect time to ask yourself hard questions and find honest answers to better lead yourself in faithfully following Jesus in the new year.

Join us the next two weeks at 9:45am in B111 as our new Engaging the World Pastor, Scott Puckett, wraps up the January elective!

Women's Retreat

March 10-11, 2023

Ladies, please join us for our first bi-annual Women’s Retreat called “Finding Freedom.” This year we will be going off campus to the Bonclarken Conference Center in Flat Rock, North Carolina.

Ruthie Delk will help us look at legitimate and illegitimate shame and the lies that our shame tries to tell us about our true identity that is in Christ. Throughout the weekend we will learn more about the freedom and comfort that Christ holds out for us, no matter our stories. There will be group teaching, personal reflection time, food, and fun activities planned. Recruit your friends to come with you, and plan to make some new ones as well! 

You must register by February 5 to redeem early bird pricing!

Senior Adult Valentine's Banquet

Senior Adult friends, we hope you will join us for our Annual Valentine's Banquet! We’ll have great food and fellowship, as well as an inspiring and entertaining program by everyone’s favorite, our very own Trevor Manor!

Cost is $12 per person. You must sign up by Wednesday, February 1. Register in the blue notebook at the Welcome Desk, or email Elaine at [email protected] to request a reservation.

You can put a check or cash in an envelope with your name included (ask that it be put in the box of Elaine Graybeal in the church office) or pay with either check or cash the night of the banquet.

Immediate Openings for Sunday AM Nursery Caregivers

We are hiring nursery caregivers for Sunday mornings! Candidates need to be willing to work at least two Sundays a month for at least two of the three services. We hire beginning at age 16, so high school girls are welcome to apply! Grace Marriage is a marriage ministry designed to enrich, protect, and grow your marriage. Using Biblical, grace-based materials you will have time to talk with your spouse and explore ways to enrich your relationship.
