Stewardship Update

The Prudential Ministries Board is grateful to those who have made pledges during the first few weeks of the 2022-2023 Stewardship Campaign. One hundred pledges totaling $225,310. have been received to date. Thirty-nine pledgers have increased their pledges. This brings us close to the halfway mark of the 2021-2022 campaign.

The results of our annual Stewardship campaign determine the future of Old North’s mission and ministry. Annual pledges to Old North pay for our operating budget. Ten percent of this income is dedicated to church Outreach Ministry. The rest funds minister and staff compensation, program expenses and property upkeep.

If you have not made your pledge yet, please do so during this week of Thanksgiving for all the goodness in our lives.

It's a Phishing Hoax

Have you received a text or email from any of our staff asking for money with a link?

Ignore them.

“Phishing” is a scam happening regularly. It’s not a hacked account. People pretend to be staff and send out texts or emails to people they identify as being from from the ministry setting.  You can often recognize these because the phone number or email don’t belong to the staff person or church.

Our staff and leadership will never ask you to send gift cards or cash without going through the regular church channels. And you will be able to verify the source by contacting staff directly through known and trusted emails or phone.

Please ignore these texts or emails.

Rev Don and your church staff and leadership.
