Challenge Gift!

An anonymous donor has given us a challenge! If Pines can raise $2,000 for the Back To School Agape offering, this donor will add an additional $1,000 donation, enabling us to give each of our Mission Partners $1,000. Help us make the back to school experience a good one this year, when so many need it the most. Thank you.

Join Our All-Church Study!

Beginning August 17, all our Sunday School classes - from children to adults - will be studying Everybody Always, by Bob Goff. What if we stopped avoiding the difficult people in our lives and committed to simply loving everybody - just as Christ loves us? We'll also have a ZOOM session on Thursdays at 6:30pm (to sign up for the ZOOM, or learn how to use it, email Kristin). Books are available for $10.00 - contact Kristin to add your name to the list or to let her know if you've already paid for one online.

Beat the Heat by Reading!

The Brown Bag Book Club will meet on Tuesday, August 12, from 12:00-1:00pm to discuss The Rosie Project by Graeme Simsion. This heartwarming novel follows the story of a genetics professor on a project to find the perfect wife! Good fellowship awaits! Questions? Contact Shirley Bollich.
