Mark your calendar! Registration for the Pengelly Double Dip & Single Dip will open this Thursday at 8:00 AM. The Double Dip is capped at 250 participants and the Single Dip is capped at 100 participants. This year participants will receive a fun pair of socks, what trail runner doesn't love a new pair of crew socks? Packet pick up will also coincide with the Mountain Running Film Festival this year!

Today is the last day to upload results for the Springtime Scamper, participants can easily upload their results here.

As a reminder, Tuesday Track has returned to Dornblaser and is limited to 25 participants. More information can be found here.

Run for the Trees: Celebrate Missoula's urban forest with Run Wild Missoula and Missoula Parks & Recreation at the 29th annual Run for the Trees this Saturday, April 17, 2021. at Fort misso There will be a 10K in-person option as well as a virtual 5K option. Registration will close on Thursday, April 15th at noon.

Stay Fit, Stay Active, Stay Healthy - Phase Two does not mean that social distancing is over. Social distancing has been demonstrated as the best weapon that we have at this time in fighting the spread of this virus. We must do our part to ensure the health and safety of those around us. As such, we still encourage you to follow good social distancing and hygiene practices. 
  • If you have been vaccinated, we ask that you still uphold our covid guidelines with mask wearing and social distancing at all times
  • To the greatest extent possible, maintain at least 6-feet of separation from others
  • This does not include members of your immediate household
  • No hugs, handshakes, high fives, or elbow bumps
  • Wash your hands, or use hand sanitizer, before and after your run or walk
  • And, regularly wash your hands in between your runs and walks
  • Sneeze or cough into a tissue, handkerchief, or the inside of your elbow
  • Don’t pose together for selfies
  • If you feel any sign of sickness or illness, stay home
  • If it seems overly busy where you intended to run or walk and it’s more congested than you are comfortable with, consider finding a different course/route/trail
