It's finally starting to feel like spring outside, the wildflowers are in bloom and the grass is greening up. With the change in seasons also comes the emergence of wildlife, namely bears. Missoula has a healthy bear population that we live among. In the last few weeks, bears have been frequenting popular trails and areas around town. Be sure to carry bear spray, know how to use it, be aware of your surroundings, and make plenty of noise on trails. Bear spray can be purchased at several local retailers in town.
