Annual Christmas Tree

Dedication and Blessing

As part of our parish's holiday display, the SCB PTA and the Simbang Gabi Committee invite you to sponsor a Christmas tree in honor of a loved one, a special memory, or any other personal intention.

Trees can be reserved now through November 12, 2024. See the attached flyer for more details.

Religious Education is presenting a Family Fun Night honoring Blessed Carlos Acutis. The night will include a craft, talk, and reciting the Rosary. The event will be held on Thursday, November 14th, 2024 from 6:45 - 8:00 PM in McCusker Hall. Students in K-8th grade are invited; parents are encouraged to stay. The cost is $5 per family; all are welcome to sign up HERE.

Winter Uniform: Students should begin wearing their winter uniforms today, Monday, November 4, 2024. Please reference the Family Handbook for any questions about the winter uniform. Needed pieces may be available through our uniform exchange closet; please reach out to the school main office with any requests.

Report Card Changes for 2024-25: As we approach the end of the first trimester, please see this guidebook from the Department of Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Trenton with detailed information on the changes to our report card. Feel free to reach out to me directly if you have any questions after reading this document.

K-8 Parent/Teacher Conferences: Parent-teacher conferences for students in grades K-8 will be held on Monday, November 25, 2024 (1:30-4:00 PM and 5:30-7:00 PM) and Tuesday, November 26, 2024 (1:30-5:30 PM) in ten minute intervals. Conference scheduling will open in Genesis on November 13, 2024. Detailed instructions on how to schedule your conference can be found HERE.

School Picture Retakes: Retakes will be on Thursday, January 9, 2025 for those who need them. More information will be provided as we get closer to that date.

Diocesan Tuition Assistance: The application for Diocesan Tuition Assistance for the 2025-26 school year is now open. Details and a link to apply can be found HERE.

Friendzy: Friendzy is a Biblically-based social emotional and character development program that kicks off today for our school. More information can be found in this Parent Letter.
