Santa's Secret Workshop

December 2-5, 2024

Students are invited to visit the workshop according to the attached schedule to purchase gifts for family and friends. Parents may come to shop with their K-8 child during their scheduled shopping time (but are not required to do so). Pre-K students must be accompanied by a responsible adult during their shopping times; please let your child's teacher know to expect you if they will be visiting the shop. Family Cookbook Orders Due

December 4, 2024

The PTA has compiled a collection of recipes from our school and parish community in celebration of SCB's 60th Anniversary. Orders placed by 12/4/24 will have delivery through school in time for holiday gifting.

Advent Prayer Service

All are welcome to join us for our first Advent prayer service of the season. Students who have achieved Honor Roll for the first marking period of this school year will be announced following the prayer service.

Cocoa with Santa

Friday, 12/6/24

6:00 - 8:30 PM

The PTA is hosting this yearly night of family fun including cocoa and treats, photos with Santa, crafts and activities, and featuring the parish tree display blessing and first lighting. Details can be found in the attached flyer.

Pre-K Christmas Shows

Our Pre-K3 and Pre-K4 Christmas shows will be on Thursday, 12/12/24,

in McCusker Hall.

Pre-K3 will be at 10:00 AM;

Pre-K4 will be at 11:00 AM.

Detailed instructions on arrival and parking will be sent under separate heading.

Pretzel Fridays

Orders due 1/3/25

Pretzels will be available on Fridays for snack time January 10-May 30, 2025. To order a weekly pretzel for your child, please complete this form and send it to the school office with your payment (payment also accepted by Venmo).

Christmas Dress Down: On Monday, December 16, 2024, students may dress down in Christmas pajamas or in a Christmas sweater/shirt and their gym pants. All dress-down attire must be appropriate for our school environment.

K-2 Christmas Show: Students in grades K-2 will perform "The Christmas Express" on Thursday, December 19, 2024 in McCusker Hall. A dress rehearsal preview will be held at 1:30 PM and an evening performance will be held at 7:00 PM. Detailed instructions for student arrival to the evening show will be sent by the teachers.

Advent Prayer Services: Our first weekly Advent prayer service will be this Friday, 12/6/24, at 1:30 PM in Church. We will also have prayer services on Friday, 12/13/24 at 2:00 PM; and on Tuesday, 12/17/24 at 1:00 PM. All families are welcome to attend these services to prepare for the Christmas season with our school community.

Half-Day Dismissal Friday, December 20, 2024: Our last day of school before Christmas break will be Friday, 12/20. Dismissal will be at 10:45 AM for Pre-K and at 11:00 AM for grades K-8 (to align with the Cinnaminson busing schedule). Students will attend Mass at 9:00 AM, followed by a school sing-a-long in the Church. All are welcome to attend.
