From Pastor Joel
Saxe Gotha Hosting Lakeside Christian Academy
Dear Saxe Gotha Family,
The Pastor and Session would like to invite your thoughts and feedback regarding a recent request for the use of our church property. As good stewards of the resources God has entrusted to us, we want to ensure that any use of our facilities reflects our mission and values as a congregation.
We ask that you take a few moments to watch the video below and make plans to attend the scheduled information session. On Sunday, November 16 and November 23, representatives of those making the request will be on the campus. This will be an opportunity to learn more specifics of the request and to share your perspective as the Session seeks to identify God’s will for Saxe Gotha. Please complete the survey and add your comments through the button below.
Your voice matters, and we value your prayerful consideration as we discern together how best to serve God and our community.
Grace and peace,
Pastor Joel

Lunch & Special Guest Speakers
Tues Nov 18 at Noon / Flight Deck Restaurant
Join us for lunch at the Flight Deck restaurant (dessert is provided for all) as we welcome Interim Health Care's Thad Cleary (HH and Hospice Liaison) and Amy Wilson (Area Sales Manager) as they lead a presentation on What you Should Know About Hospice - The Good Side. Dessert is provided every week.
When people hear the word hospice they often think it means “giving up.” But that couldn’t be further from the truth. Hospice is about living fully and comfortably when time becomes precious. You will hear some of the good sides of hospice care that
everyone should know. Hospice focuses on: Quality of life, Providing emotional and spiritual support, Ensuring families aren’t alone, and Honoring life’s final chapter. And to let families remember not just how their loved one died, but how beautifully they lived. Mind, body, spirit AND family!
The Flight Deck Restaurant 109 Old Chapin Rd in Lexington
Feel free to bring a friend! The Caring Connections Ladies Auxiliary plan to attend.
