Communion

This Sunday, we invite you to come together in faith and fellowship as we partake in the sacred act of Communion. It’s a time to reflect on the incredible love and sacrifice of our Savior, Jesus Christ, and to renew our commitment to Him and one another.

Advent Devotionals

Starts this Sunday, December 1

Frontier Fellowship's 2024 Advent Devotional—Grace to Come—invites readers to reflect on God's grace through Scripture, from the prophecies of a coming Savior to the life, death and resurrection of Jesus. Through daily reflections, this devotional reminds us that God's grace is an ongoing story and one that we are called to share with the world.

We pray this devotional will be an encouragement and inspiration as you engage more deeply this season—through prayer, reflection, and worship—with God's grace poured out for you, your community and world's 2+ billion least-reached people. Pick up your copy in the Narthex, Atrium or Church Office. You can also access a digital download or subscribe to receive daily devotionals by email. Click here to subscribe.

Congregation Meeting

Sunday, December 15 | 9:45AM

The Session has called a meeting of the congregation for Sunday December 15, 2024 at 9:45 am for the purpose of receiving the report of the nominating committee and electing deacons and elders.

Happy Thanksgiving

From Renee' Starnes, Congregational Care

Wishing our Saxe Gotha family a very Happy Thanksgiving!

In the spirit of gratitude, may we also be mindful of those who are in need—whether in body, mind, or spirit. May we be vessels of peace, kindness, and love, reaching out to those who feel isolated or burdened, and offering them a taste of God's eternal care.

December 8: Exciting Activities

Chrismon Ornament Decorating

December 8 | 9-10AM | Fellowship Hall

All ages welcome

The Liturgical Arts Team is excited to invite YOU—yes, YOU!—to be part of something truly special! Join us on December 8th from 9-10AM in the Fellowship Hall for a hands-on opportunity to create a beautiful Chrismon ornament. These ornaments will adorn the trees in the Light House Atrium, adding to the sacred beauty of our church. We already have a stunning Chrismon tree in the Sanctuary, but we need YOUR help to make the Light House tree just as magnificent!

Chrismon ornaments are much more than decorations—they are powerful symbols of Christ. Each ornament, from the star to the fish, dove, and cross, represents a significant aspect of our Savior’s life. These handcrafted ornaments are a way for us to slow down, reflect, and prepare our hearts for the coming of the Christ child. Their white and gold colors symbolize Christ’s purity and glory, reminding us of the hope and joy He brings into our lives.

As we paint these meaningful symbols together, enjoy light refreshments and the fellowship of others in this peaceful, creative experience. Don't miss out—join us before the Cantata in the Fellowship Hall for this heartwarming event!

Come be part of this beautiful tradition!

Christmas Cantata

December 8 | 10AM | One Service Sunday

This is more than a story; it’s the story that changes everything. For a couple. For a family. For the world.
