From the Rector
Dear Parishioners and Friends,

They say that March comes in like a lion, and goes out like a lamb. It seems for us in Tuxedo, though, that May is finally when we can begin to get outside and enjoy the springtime.

In my own garden, the vegetables will be going in this weekend, followed by ornamental annuals. Thanks to a pack of coyotes, the deer have been scarce lately. Many perennials are also springing forth, including a few that I planted from bare rootstock last year and thought had not made it. It also looks like it will be a banner year for the peonies! The Tuxedo Park Garden Club will also be holding its annual Spring Plant-a-Thon next weekend to brighten up beds and planters throughout the Park and Hamlet. So get out there and enjoy God's bountiful creation.

O let the earth bless the Lord; *
    O ye mountains and hills, bless ye the Lord;
O all ye green things upon the earth, bless ye the Lord; *
    praise him and magnify him for ever. BCP p. 48

Easter Blessings,
Father Rick
