From the Rector
Dear Parishioners and Friends,

What a whirlwind of activity the first half of this month has been! The Fourth of July holiday, visits from family and friends, cookouts, cocktails, cruises... You name it, we've done it. One newcomer asked me, "Is it always like this?"

Our summers here are typically busy, but this year, I think that almost everyone is itching to get "back to normal."

One summer activity that St. Mary's traditionally assists with great generosity is the town summer camp program. I am so pleased that this year we are not just continuing that tradition, but that we also raised enough money to carry over into next year. Read more about that below.

Yes, summer is full of opportunities for fun and recreation, but I would be remiss if I did not remind you that our primary reason for being St. Mary's is our worship of God. We are here for you year-round, and blessedly air-conditioned! See you in church.

Blessings,
Father Rick

Child Watch Service
We are pleased to announce the return of our child watch service.

Parishioners attending our regular 10am service with any age child can avail of child watch. The child watch will be available in our newly designed Family Room located next to our offices. The service is available Sundays from 9:45 am till 11am.

Our young attendees are always welcome to join us for the liturgy and coffee hour after service in Bentley Hall. Please call the office at 845-351-5122 for any further information.
Town of Tuxedo Summer Camp Fundraiser
Thank You to everyone who supported St Mary’s camp sponsorship of fifteen children from local families who would not have been able to send their children to the Tuxedo Town Camp without our assistance. And they are all having a ball!
Your donations have more than covered the cost. We needed to raise $7,400 to cover the fees for the camp, plus the Friday day trips to the White Castle Fun Center, Splashdown, and Rye Playland. The latter cost $1,200. Total cost: $8,600.

Our appeal, plus a fund raising ‘Camp’ themed Cocktails and Cookout at the home of Adam Patrick and Kimberly Breiland raised $9,575! We have enough to carry over as a start to next year.

Thank you to all who attended and especially to the organizers and cooks, August Post, Kimberly Breiland and Adam Patrick. A fun evening was had by adults and children alike. Special thanks to Father Rick and Pete Datos for the Pimms and Patrick Bradbury for setting up his Wheel of Chance offering prizes to delight the players who took the chance. His profits swelled our funds!

We are thinking of making this an annual event!
