Our Prayer List
We pray for Steven, Hilda, Rick, Dick, Dave M., Sherri, Wrenly, John, Cassie, Julie, Dave, Lucy, Janet, Amy C., Ruth, Sid, Joanna, Bill H., Bill T., Sandy L., Amy D., Joy, Pat, Marlene, Nancy, Garnet, Chip, Sandy F., Alice, Jean, and Mark. We lift up Daniel, Zach, Alistar, Chris, and Adam in the military. We pray that your comforting Spirit be present with the Herman family as they grieve the death of Mark’s sister-in-law, Carol Jones. We also lift up in grief the family and friends of Ron Rafferty, Craig Miller's cousin. We pray for peace in the political process as the assassination attempt last week reminds us that disagreement should never become violence. We pray for Bear Creek Camp and the family of the camper who died this week at camp. Pour your healing and loving presence on all those affected.

Be Part of a New Family Opportunity
We are creating a new "Family Ministry Team" to plan events for, and consider ways to help and support, our younger families (elementary age and below) at St. Paul's and St. Matthew's. This team will meet on a regular basis, either monthly or every other month, to brainstorm and identify opportunities to more deeply engage younger families. If you are interested in being part of this team, please contact Craig Miller at craigyouthmin@gmail.com.

Outdoor Service
On Sunday, August 25, we will celebrate a wonderful outdoor service (weather permitting) at 9:30 am. This is always such a delightful event that it would be a great opportunity to invite a friend, neighbor or family member to worship that day! After the service we will get to enjoy an ice cream celebration! Hawaiian shirts encouraged!
Please note that for those who regularly watch our livestream, due to the complications of offering the livestream outdoors, only the pre-recorded sermon will be offered that morning.
