Peanut Butter & Jelly Food Drive
Each year around this time we support the Chester County Food bank as they prepare summer student food boxes. These boxes help school-age children and their families receive nutritious, easy to prepare, non-perishable food during the summer vacation months. The boxes are designed to be kid friendly, containing items that children should be able to prepare with little to no adult supervision like PB&J. They are also put in the Senior Food boxes. Please add PB&J (plastic jars only, please) to your grocery run and bring them to church through Sunday, June 15. Thank you for your donations.

Outdoor Service and Picnic
On Sunday, June 1, we will celebrate a wonderful outdoor service (weather permitting) at 9:30 am followed by a great afternoon of food and fellowship. The church will provide hotdogs, hamburgers, and veggie burgers. To sign up to contribute to the meal and RSVP, click here or go to StPaulsLionville.org/events. If your family likes to play outdoor games, bring your favorite one along. This is always such a delightful event that it would be a great opportunity to invite a friend, neighbor or family member to worship that day!
Please note that for those who regularly watch our livestream, due to the complications of offering the livestream outdoors, only the pre-recorded sermon will be offered that morning.

Bear Creek Camp
Looking for something to do this summer? Tired of the same old shore house every year? Have you considered Bear Creek Camp in the near by Poconos? BCC is part of the ELCA and sponsored in part by the Southeast Pennsylvania Synod. They have been providing summertime fun for kids since the 1970’s. There are programs for kids as young as first grade, all the way to high school seniors. In addition to traditional camping, this year there is an optional white water rafting trip for junior and senior high kids.
Check out Bear Creek Camp at https://bearcreekcamp.org/camps/summer-camp/. Now is the perfect time to sign up. There are 8 different sessions to choose from, the first one starts on June 15.

Question, Persuade, Refer Training
QPR teaches the everyday person how to recognize and respond to someone thinking about suicide. Just like the Heimlich or CPR, this is a skill which we hope to never use, but are prepared with in an emergency. The training will be offered on Wednesday, May 28 from 6:00 - 7:30 pm in partnership with Chester County Hospital. Click here for more information.

Coffee Fellowship Help
Sharing a cup of coffee and some snacks while socializing after service is a wonderful St. Paul's tradition. We have very few volunteers for the next dew months. Please help us keep the coffee and fellowship flowing by signing up online or in the narthex to make coffee and provide some goodies.

Positions include altar care, assisting minister, lector, usher, and acolyte. More information and descriptions of positions can be found online. If you would like to volunteer, please fill out the pink insert in this week’s bulletin or in the narthex or use our online form. We are especially in need of altar care, assisting minister, and acolyte volunteers. Thank you so much for considering how you can help!
Also, if you are a volunteer and know you will be unavailable on certain dates, please email Maureen and we will avoid scheduling you for those days. Thank you!
