Join us this Sunday as we continue our November fruit for the month in our Fruitful Living Worship Series, Self-Control. We will have a guest pastor, Rev. Ross Whitaker, who will guide us through Acts 24: 24 – 27.

From Longing to Night introducing Advent season events

Advent Schedule: From Longing to Light

Join us this Advent season as we journey From Longing to Light. We will celebrate through meaningful worship services and special gatherings that prepare our hearts for Christ’s coming.

Hanging of the Greens

Sunday, November 23: ONE service at 11:00 am, followed by a Thanksgiving Feast.

Longest Night Service

Sunday, December 21 at 7:00 pm: A quiet, reflective service for those seeking peace and comfort amid the season.

Christmas Eve Services

Wednesday, December 24 at 5:00 and 7:00 pm: Celebrate the joy of Christ’s birth with candlelight and carols.

Home for the Holidays

Sunday, December 28: Online Only recorded service to enjoy from the comfort of home.

Thanksgiving Meal Sunday November 23 after the 11 am service

Hanging of the Greens & Thanksgiving Meal

Join us on Sunday, November 23, for a special day of worship and fellowship! During our 11:00 am service, we will celebrate the Hanging of the Greens, preparing our space and hearts for the Advent season.

Following the service, we will gather for a Thanksgiving meal together, sharing good food and great company as we give thanks and make memories.

There are still spots available on the sign-up sheets in Fellowship Hall if you would like to bring a dish to share. Turkey and ham will be provided.

Parent's Night Out November 14 from 530 pm to 800 pm

Youth Events November 16 Arts and Crafts in Loft

Remember, there is a place for you in a Small Group. If you are interested in joining an existing group or starting or leading a new group, complete the Small Group Interest Indicator form or visit the Welcome Center for information on how to get started.

Children's Book Drive for McCurdy Ministries

St. Stephen's Book Drive for the children’s reading room at the McCurdy Ministries in Espanola was a huge success in August and September of this year!

We collected over 500 books to deliver to the reading room and the LEER Reading program at McCurdy.

Church members also provided between 300 to 400 new books through Amazon purchases.

Andrea Johnson will also be providing some Spanish-language books for us to deliver in the next couple of months.

For those of us that have been to McCurdy previously, this was a tremendous makeover for the classrooms!

The Missions committee wants to thank all of our wonderful members who participated in this event.
