Welcome Dr. Joseph Ritter

Join us in welcoming Dr. Joseph Ritter, Canon for Christian Formation within the Episcopal Diocese of Texas!

Dr. Ritter will be preaching this Sunday at both services and teaching between services.

Dr. Ritter is working with us to bring Living Compass mini-retreat in January and small group leadership training. If you enjoy offering hospitality and helping people grow as you grow closer to Christ, you will want to hear him!

Join Canon Dr. Josh Ritter this Sunday for a lively conversation about living an invitational life in Christ. During this time, he is eager to hear from YOU about what you think it means to be invitational, to be warm and welcoming, and to practice hospitality as disciples of Jesus who are called to be peacemakers and bridge builders in our world that is so often dominated by divisiveness and distrust. So, bring your ideas and your stories about what discipleship means to you, and come ready for a chat!

Living Nativity

December 13 & 14

Living Nativity is a long standing tradition of St Timothy's Episcopal Church. It is our gift to the community. It is staffed by volunteers from our church and other community members who love being a part of it.

Living Nativity will be Saturday, Dec. 13th and Sunday, Dec. 14th. Each evening has 2 performances with the first show at 7:00pm and the second show at 7:45pm. Cookies and hot cocoa will be served in the courtyard between shows.

We will have chairs set out but you are welcome to bring your own.

Goats and a donkey will add a touch of authenticity to our heart warming Nativity Story.

Living Compass Epiphany Retreat and Trainings

Home by Another Road: A Living Compass Epiphany Mini-Retreat

Join us for a 2-hour online retreat on January 10, 2026, from 9:30–11:30 am CT to deepen your journey through the Epiphany season

Scott Stoner, founder of Living Compass, will offer guided self-reflections with time for small-group discussion and application. Each participant will leave with a "FAITH Step" intention they have created during the retreat — a commitment to how they feel called by God to journey through Epiphany this year. The title of our retreat comes from the story of the Wise Men who return home by another road after having encountered the Christ Child.
