Sunday Services: 7:00am in the Chapel, 8:30am in the Church and

10:30am in the Church

Nursery care (infant - 4 years old) available: At the 8:30am and 10:30am services, Room 2

Sunday School (4 years old - 11 years old): During the 8:30am service

Coffee Hour in the Hall: 9:20am - 10:20am,

Child Supervision Available at the Preschool Playground!

Maundy Thursday Service

Thursday, April 18th, 7:00pm

In the Church

The three great days, or Triduum, begin on this night with an intimate service recalling Jesus' last supper, including the washing of feet and the stripping of the altar.

School Closed on Good Friday

While the school is closed, Good Friday services are at Noon and 7:00pm in the church. (See Below)

In the Church

The most solemn day of our church year, we gather to commemorate the crucifixion of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Noon: Solemn Liturgy and Veneration of the Cross. Priests will be available to hear confession after this service, by appointment. To make an appointment, please click here .

7:00pm: Stations of the Cross begins in the Chapel and processes into the Church, followed by prayer/mediation stations and contemplative hymns.

The Great Vigil of Easter

Saturday, April 20th, 7:30pm

In the Church

In this most ancient liturgy of the Church, we celebrate our salvation, holy Baptism and Jesus' victory over death and the grave. BRING BELLS TO THIS SERVICE to ring as we declare "Christ is Risen"!

Coffee and Cookies will be served in the Narthex after this service.

No Adult Forum, Coffee Hour Childcare or SWAY this week.

Have you seen the banner?! It's almost here!

Bring the whole family to the church for St. Wilfrid's School's Annual Spring Fling. School and Parish families, alike, will enjoy games, a petting zoo, live music, food trucks, prizes and all kinds of treats! This is a great way for our parish to show the school our support and fellowship with the many families whose children attend our school everyday!

Godly Play Adult Forum: Sunday School Development and the Godly Play Method at St. Wilfrid's

Sunday, May 19th at 9:30am

In Sacquety Hall

Join us as we welcome Godly Play experts/trainers from St. Michael's Corona Del Mar, who will offer a presentation on the ways that the Godly Play program can enhance our growing Children, Youth and Families ministry! If you're considering serving with our school and parish children or you have young children at the school and/or parish, you are strongly encouraged to attend this informative forum.

As we build our Sunday School program at St. Wilfrid's, no program is considered more effective by the Episcopal Church than Godly Play. "The Godly Play approach helps children to explore their faith through story, to gain religious language and to enhance their spiritual experience through wonder and play! Based on Montessori principles and developed using a spiral curriculum, the Godly Play method serves children through early, middle and late childhood...and beyond." -- The Godly Play website. May Healing Service

Sunday, May 26th at 5:00pm

In the Church

This is a quiet service of contemplative prayer, offered for the healing of mind, body, spirit and relationships -- complete with personal, hands-on prayer with clergy at the altar. Amongst candles, simple hymns and liturgical prayer, you are sure to feel the Holy Spirit. Invite your friends and family who may need healing of any kind!

Sunday, April 21st

All are welcome! Who are you inviting?

8:30am : The Table Service and Eucharist. This service is especially focused on families, youth and young children. This service is one hour in length!

No Sunday School as children are invited to participate in this service. Nursery Care (infant - 4 years old) will be available during this service in Room 2.

School and Parish children will be leading parishioners and guests in a special Easter song they have learned at Chapel and

Sunday School.

This service will be followed by breakfast and coffee in the courtyard!

9:45am : Easter Egg Hunt.

Meet in the courtyard between services and be sure to BRING YOUR OWN BASKET OR BAG to this all-ages hunt. Children ages 4 and under will hunt for eggs in the St. Wilfrid's School playground, ages 5 and up will hunt for eggs at Helme Park (next door to the church), with the Youth Group (parents are encouraged to accompany children)!

10:30am : A Festival Choral Eucharist with full choir, brass, organ and percussion. This is a truly triumphant celebration!

Nursery Care (infant - 4 years old) available during this service in Room 2.

Sacquety Hall!

St. Wilfrid's Episcopal School is requesting donations for the Silent Auction to be held at the annual Spring Fling Carnival on Friday May 3rd. All auction donations need to be submitted to the school office by Wednesday, May 1st. Here are some ideas:
