St Joseph High School - A Catholic College Preparatory Community
Dear Friends,

Happy Spring Break Week, St Joes! I wish your family a healthy, safe, and relaxing week ahead.

College acceptances have been a recent topic of high interest and great pride for our seniors. Despite a pandemic interrupted senior year, the accomplished SJ Class of 2021 continues to excel academically and athletically, and faithfully serve their community. Our value proposition remains strong as evidenced by the impressive list of Colleges and Universities that have wisely admitted an SJ senior into their Class of 2025. Please join me in a very proud shout out to our seniors and their families – well done, Cadets!

Last week, we enthusiastically welcomed future Cadets and their parents to an outstanding in-person Open House. Saturday marked the official opening to the FCIAC Spring Athletic season and it was an invigorating day on Campus. So, the hustle and bustle of Spring 2021 is in full bloom and the best of this school year is yet to come. In the next two months, there will be many opportunities for us to joyously honor and celebrate our students and we will do so with love in our hearts.

As always, your family remains in my daily prayers. Have a terrific week!

In Faith and Fellowship,
David J. Klein

Spring Sports Spectator Policy

Opening games began on Saturday - we're so excited! We want to reiterate our spectator policy for home games and share the various policies of the other schools we will be visiting in the FCIAC.

For home games, we are allowing 2 home and away parents per athlete (with an exception for step-parents). Students, siblings, grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends, etc. will not be permitted. The admission of 2 parents are not transferrable to anyone else. Masks are required to be worn from when you get out of your car upon arrival to when you go back to your car to leave. No exceptions. Spectators are expected to abide by all social distancing guidelines.

Attached are the spectator policies for each of the schools in the FCIAC. Please review and be respectful of each school's policy if/when attending games. We are always conscious of changing guidelines and will review our policies as necessary. Thank you for your cooperation. Go St Joes!
