St Joseph High School - A Catholic College Preparatory Community
Dear Friends,
Good morning and Happy Monday. I hope that your family enjoyed a relaxing winter weekend. Students, faculty, and staff returned to school last week with great energy and purpose. The SJ campus is alive with conversation and collaboration once again, and we were all delighted to reassemble and optimistically usher in 2021 together.
Our scholar athletes continue cohort conditioning as we await the CIAC Board of Control’s public announcement regarding the Winter Athletic Season scheduled to begin next week. The enrollment team is hosting virtual events to share their excitement for the Class of 2025’s many accomplishments, meanwhile college acceptances for the Class of 2021 flood email and mail boxes. The SJ legacy of excellence endures.
The second semester begins on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 with a flurry of planning discussions surrounding our numerous Semester 2 celebrations and events of significance. Each celebration will be planned with great detail according to safety guidelines and blueprints for variations in capacity limitations will be prepared. We are committed to creatively problem solving with regard to restrictions to allow our students an opportunity to make memories with their classmates. Event dates will be communicated to the SJ Community in the coming weeks. We thank and appreciate you for your continued patience and partnership.
In the meantime, I wish you and yours a productive and fulfilling week ahead. Stay safe, healthy, and be joyous, St. Joes.
In Faith and Fellowship,
David J. Klein
