St Joseph High School - A Catholic College Preparatory Community
Dear Friends,

Happy Monday, St. Joes. We are coming off an exhilarating week of celebratory events on Campus which unified our community in fun and fellowship. After such a unique year, our Cadets could not be more deserving.

The Senior Class was the picture of grace and elegance at Thursday night’s Prom. The event was meticulously planned and executed by Colleen Piatak. Joseph Dzurenda, the facilities team, and SJ parent volunteers worked tirelessly to transform the tent into a beautifully festive venue to honor the Class of 2021. Post-Prom continued through the early morning hours and featured unlimited snacks, generous parent donated raffle prizes, and a food truck! Aimee Marcella, Danielle Knapp-Ferranti, and SJ Parent Co-Chairs, Lori McKeon and Pam DeAngelo, planned an action-oriented Post Prom for the books! On Saturday night the Sophomore Class Moderators, Kayla Stevens and Iaian Blamey facilitated the Sophomore Spring Fling event for the Class of 2023 in celebration of friendship and tradition.

We are just getting started! This week will also be a memorable one with New Student Orientation for the Class of 2025 (Wednesday), the Junior Ring Mass (Thursday) and Junior Ring Social (Saturday) and our SJ Legacy Mass (Sunday). The traditions continue throughout the month (May 17-21) with Spirit Week on Campus, concluding with the always popular SJ Class Color Wars on Friday, May 21.

None of this would be possible without an exceptionally strong school community partnership, and dedicated faculty and staff. The steadfast commitment and love that we share for our SJ students is unwavering. Our students, your children, are the direct beneficiaries of our alliance – SJ Cadets are always strong together! Have a wonderful week ahead, and your family will remain in my daily prayers and intentions.

In Faith and Fellowship,
