St Joseph High School - A Catholic College Preparatory Community
Dear Friends,
Happy Monday, St. Joes. I hope that your family had a wonderful weekend. We began this new week with the annual Legacy Mass and Pinning Ceremony for SJ seniors and their family members. Though traditional timeline and format were reimagined out of necessity, the spirit of family celebration remained ever familiar. Father Silva presided over a beautiful mass, sharing a homily celebrating the unwavering Catholic Identify that defines our school, the impressive history of Cadet vocations to the priesthood, and the importance of unity in maintaining our legacy of excellence.
Spirit Week is now upon us! The series of student-selected theme days will conclude with grade-level Color Wars, reflecting both the alliance of grade levels and a healthy competition amongst classes. Pizza and Prayer (Wednesday evening); an Admissions Information Session (Wednesday evening); and a College Fair (Thursday evening) under the SJ tent will round out this week’s evening events. The aforementioned traditions and celebrations that have long defined St. Joseph High School have remained a high priority despite the unprecedented challenges of this academic year. We remain committed to providing our terrific and deserving students with the “St. Joes Experience.”
I thank you for your passionate support and encouragement – we appreciate you and the unity in our SJ community. Have a wonderful week ahead and your family will continue to be in my daily prayers and intentions.
In Faith and Fellowship,
David J. Klein
