Torah Study - Finding Meaning in Tisha B'Av

Join Rabbi Fleekop for a morning of study of texts and teachings related to Tisha B’Av. Together we will explore ways we, Jews living in the 21st century, can find meaning in this ancient day of mourning commemorating the destructions of the First and Second Temples. Bagels, coffee, and shmear will be served.

Our topic will be "Baseless Hatred at the Western Wall." The conversation will be based on "Haredim Interrupt Western Wall Bar Mitzvah," "Israel is Not Home to All Jews" and "The Path to Redemption."

Shabbat Tu B'Av

Share a very special Shabbat as together we celebrate Tu B’Av - Jewish Valentine’s Day. The service, led by Rabbi Joel and Greg Watson, will highlight love songs from the Bible and Jewish tradition. Following worship, join us for a Tu B’Av themed Shabbat dinner, hosted by Sisterhood, including flowers, music, wine and more. Singles, couples, families — everyone is welcome!
