This week our focus at The Studio is on CARDIO! Strengthening the heart and lungs with cardiovascular exercise is extremely important in having a well-balanced fitness program.

If you are looking for a great way to really challenge your cardiovascular system, our Spin classes are hard to beat! We know some people are intimidated by Spin classes - afraid perhaps that it is "too hard" for them. But everyone starts somewhere...and we always give options to help you adjust the workout to your personal fitness level. We want to encourage you to step out of your comfort zone this week and try at least one of our Spin classes! We have Rhythm Ride, Spin and even Spin and Strength on Saturday mornings! WHY Cardio Exercise?

Cardiovascular Exercise optimizes the way your body meets demands for oxygen and delivers vital nutrients to the blood stream. It also plays a role in reducing body fat and improving your health. The more cardiovascular capacity you achieve, the more efficient your body is in leading a life that is physically and mentally healthy.
