These classes are Hatha based, where postures are held for a few breaths with some slow flow added in.

Yoga Flow with Kate Remme

This athletic and strengthening Yoga class will flow from one pose to the next, while releasing muscle tension & reducing stress. Various styles of Yoga will be explored, such as Power Yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yoga Fusion. Modifications offered for all levels.

Are you interested in honing your skills on the potter’s wheel? This offering is perfect for those who have some experience and consider their skill level to be intermediate or advanced in relation to the potter’s wheel. You should be comfortable centering clay and pulling a decent wall.

Homeschool Session: Our Animals in the Northwoods

In this unit, students explore animals and their environments in drawing and sculpture, focusing on their skins and habitats.
Students will experiment with various drawing media to show qualities of line, shape, and surface texture of domestic and wild animals found here in the Northwoods.
Ceramic Trinket Dishes and Soap Dishes (class 3 of 3)
Dates: Thursdays Feb. 3, 10, 24 (3-week class)

This is a handbuilding class where students will use slabs, templates, forms and other tools to create little dishes and soap dishes. The instructor will help you design templates, and guide you through some different techniques to make and decorate your little dishes. 
Nate Sheppard: "The City of God" documentary showing

Local filmmaker and mixed media artist Nate Sheppard will be showing his documentary, “The City of God”, on Friday February 25. The film will be shown from 6-7:30pm, with a Q&A session from 7:30-8pm.

Film synopsis:
The City of God is a 90 minute documentary by filmmaker Nate Sheppard. It explores the story of a Haitian community and their unusual approach to poverty alleviation. It focuses on Lemuel Ministries and its founder Manis Dilus as they seek to develop their community with dignity.

Soul Child, featuring Carolyn Starling and Mark Hovel: LIVE @ Inspiration Bar

Growing up near Chicago, Carolyn Starling got her start singing with her dad’s blues and rock band. She is influenced by legendary singers like Bonnie Raitt and Susan Tedeschi. Mark is from Conover, WI and is well known locally for his impressive skills on both electric and acoustic guitar. Mark’s musical style and knowledge pair perfectly with Carolyn. Together these two play a mix of soulful and moving, old and new tunes that will keep you wanting more.
