This athletic and strengthening Yoga class will flow from one pose to the next, while releasing muscle tension & reducing stress. Various styles of Yoga will be explored, such as Power Yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yoga Fusion. Modifications offered for all levels.
T'ai Chi for Arthritis with Peter Wisla

T’ai Chi is a low-impact, ancient Chinese exercise that progresses through a series of slow, gentle movements that flow together. There are many health benefits to T’ai Chi, such as improved balance, strength, endurance, and self-confidence, and may also help prevent falls in seniors. It is also beneficial for all ages, fitness levels, and abilities! In this class, participants will practice and learn movements that are beneficial for arthritis relief.
