Piloting Library Cards for Preschoolers

A new partnership between NNPL and the city's schools is putting library cards in the hands of local preschoolers. With the Library Student Connect Card, students can check out up to five juvenile books, access e-books and use filtered computers at the library.
Helping Kids Embrace Reading with Trivia

Sno-Isle Libraries' Third-Grade Reading Challenge is now underway. This year, 226 third grade teams from 60 elementary schools are participating in this annual event, which encourages students to have fun and enjoy reading while building literacy and teamwork skills.

St. Louis Says Goodbye to Overdue Fines

At a press conference earlier this week, library and city leaders announced that SLCL and SLPL will no longer charge fines on late materials, beginning this month.
