Blood Drive - August 13
Thank you to everyone who donated blood at our July 16 drive. If you weren't able to donate that day, you have another chance on August 13, in our Fellowship Hall. The American Red Cross has declared only the second national blood crisis in its history — and patients may already be feeling the impact. Blood donations have fallen to a four-year summer low, worsening this summer’s emergency shortage. Please consider donating the gift of life and get a $20 Amazon gift card.

Progressive Dinner September 19
Join us for an evening of great food and even better company! Starting at 5 pm, we'll progress from house to house for appetizers and a main course, then gather back at the church for dessert together. Childcare will be provided at the church.
There are plenty of ways to take part: host at your home for appetizers or a main course, or simply bring an appetizer, side dish, or dessert to share. However you join in, expect good food, good company, and lots of laughs. Cost: $10/person (covers main course expenses)

Heartland Conference Annual Gathering Helpers Needed
On Friday, September 25, WCUCC will host the Heartland Conference Annual Gathering! We expect to welcome 180 guests, including clergy and lay leaders from throughout our conference. The gathering will use most of the church building, with special set-ups of the sanctuary, Fellowship Hall, and some classrooms.
We need lots of help for this event to run smoothly, from set-up to registration & day-of needs, through final clean-up. Help us show our siblings in Christ some extra love through extravagant hospitality!
