Thanksgiving Eve

Potluck & Prayers

The Board of Worship and pastors invite you to a special Thanksgiving Eve gathering. On Wednesday, November 23, at 6 pm, join us in the Fellowship Hall for a meal and a casual service giving thanks to God. The church will provide delicious sliced ham and potatoes. Please consider bringing a salad, rolls, or dessert to share. It is helpful if you sign-up in advance, but not required. Questions? Contact Pastor Susan.

Advent Deep Dive Discussion Moves to Mondays!

This is not your ordinary Advent Bible study! In her book, Light of the World, Amy-Jill Levine provides unique insights into the Christmas narrative, inviting us to consider our own stories. Join Pastor Susan for this four-week series on Monday nights at 7 pm, beginning November 28. (Please note the change in dates, as this was originally scheduled for Thursdays.) We'll meet in Room 120 and on Zoom. Contact Pastor Susan with questions or to reserve your copy of the book.

Poinsettia Orders

You are invited to purchase and dedicate Christmas Poinsettias which will be used to decorate the sanctuary. Poinsettias will be red and are $8.00 each. You may order, dedicate and pay for poinsettias by clicking here.

Community for New Direction Christmas Gift Drive

WCUCC, in partnership with Community for New Direction, will provide Christmas gifts for children in need. We want to help 12 families and 25 children this year, with each child receiving 4 gifts: a NEED, WANT, WEAR and READ. We will also provide grocery gift cards to these families for a holiday meal.
