Women's & Senior Men's Lunches - September 21

All women are invited to lunch at Polaris Outback Steakhouse at 12:30 while senior men will be meeting at Scrambler's on Sancus at 11:30. If you would like to attend the women's lunch, click here.

Men's Gathering

September 29

Men of all ages are invited to gather for a meal ($10) and to discuss future speakers for this group. The gathering will be from 6:00 - 8:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall. Click here if you would like to attend.

Join the Board of Building & Grounds for our fall maintenance day. Pruning, cleaning up around the church, and painting are a few of the jobs that need done. Click here to help!

Church Directory

We’re putting together a 40th Anniversary Church Directory, and you’re invited to be a part of it. Just go to www.ucdir.com, enter church code oh2675 and the password photos to schedule your 30-minute session. It’s free, and you’ll receive an 8 x 10 photo & a church directory just for getting your picture taken. Can't make it on our scheduled dates? Contact Quentin Haines for alternative dates.

WCUCC Square Dance

Bring your best "yee-haw" and mosey on down to the WCUCC Square Dance! Parish Life is proud to bring this cherished tradition to you on Saturday, September 16, from 7 - 9 pm. Doors open at 6:30. Please BYOB and bring a snack to share, your dancing shoes, and be ready for a knee-slapping good time! No experience required!

Celebrating God through Nature

Please join Parish Life on a Fall Nature Hike at Blendon Woods Metro Park Sunday, September 24, at 1 pm. The main entrance is 4265 E. Dublin Granville Rd., Columbus, OH 43230. Take the main road back to the Nature Center parking lot, and we will walk from there! Blendon Woods boasts several different play areas for kids, so plan to bring the whole family! We hope to see you then!

Cruise-In & Chili Cook-Off

Our WCUCC Cruise-In & Chili Cook-Off is back! Join the fun for the “Fall Event of the Year” when unique cars meet delicious chili in a celebration of cooking, chrome, and caring! All vehicles are welcome. Family-friendly festivities start at 4 pm with chili tasting at 4:30 pm Vote for the tastiest chili. The winning chef earns the coveted “Golden Crockpot” and bragging rights for a year. Purchase hot dogs and chips at the outdoor café. There’s music, and kids can enter a Matchbox car tournament! Wheel on over to catch the action at this year’s Cruise-In & Chili Cook-Off Sunday, October 8, 4 to 7 pm

Trunk-or-Treat

The kids are back in school, which means it’s time to get ready for the 6th annual WCUCC Trunk-or-Treat hosted by your Board of Parish Life!

When: Saturday, October 21, 4-6 pm

Where: Church Parking Lot

What: Bounce houses, carnival games, a food truck, treats, and more!

Calling all parents Parents and grandparents of middle & high schoolers, plus youth group leaders, are invited to a meeting this Sunday from 5-6:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall. Trey Pearson will share his vision and explain how you can best support the program!

The youth group kick-off party is September 24 at the Kellogg House! All middle & high school students are invited for a pool party, bonfire, volleyball, basketball, and food from 5-6:30 pm. Bring your swimsuit and your friends! Check out the full calendar for the semester below.
