Resource Center  Tis the season for giving thoughtful (and hopefully inspiring) gifts!  Our family always tries to find great books for our kids and family.  So this month I recommend The Tale of Three Trees by Angela Elwell Hunt and illustrated by Tim Jonke.  This is a tale about three trees yearning to be found useful in God's world.  Beautifully illustrated and easy reading makes it a wonderful story for young and old alike.  While life may never turn out the way we hope or expect, this book is a reminder that God never forgets us or overlooks us.  Available in English and Spanish. It's a great book!  You can check out a copy of this Staff Recommended Book, Winter and Christmas themed children's books, and personal Advent studies and devotions from the WUMC Resource Center located just off Helms Hall in Room 212.
