The Women in Business virtual program on October 7 will feature female entrepreneurs in our community discussing their experiences building their businesses. We will hear from Suzanne Boy, Boy Agnew Potanovic, Judy Williams, SPADA Salon & Day Spa, Kelly L. Fayer, Kelly L. Fayer P.A., and Erica Castner, Castner Consulting in a conversation moderated by Jessica Walker, Markham Norton Mosteller Wright & Co, P.A.

Registration is required for access to this online event, which begins at 4:00PM. $10 for Chamber Members, $15 for future members.

As the nation readies for the November election, Leadership NEXT will provide insight into the world of politics at their October 13 virtual program. Attendees will hear from a panel of young professionals in the community about their experiences in running for political offices and working on political campaigns. Speakers include Bryan Blackwell, Jenna Persons and Elaine Sarlo. The program will be moderated by Chris Lopez, regional manager of external affairs for TECO Peoples Gas.

Blackwell is a managing partner of Molloy Financial Group, a financial planning practice of Raymond James. Most recently, Blackwell ran for the Florida House of Representatives for District 77. Persons is the Republican nominee for the Florida House of Representatives for District 78 and partner of Strayhorn & Persons law firm. Sarlo is the director of public affairs for TM Strategic Consulting, a Fort Myers-based political consulting firm running campaigns across Southwest Florida.

This event is free for Chamber members and $5 for future members and begins at 5:00PM. Registration is required for access to this online event.
