Edison Mall is hosting a Black History Month Celebration, Dreams + Inspirations on Saturday, February 20, 2021 from 11 am to 4 pm. This outdoor social distanced event will take place in the parking lot outside of the JC Penney’s. Edison Mall is partnering with Bridge for Hope to host a food drive, and a clothing drive for The Salvation Army.

Edison Mall is seeking vendors for the event. The cost is $25 for table, $50 for food truck. Contact Angeli Chin, Marketing Director if you are interested in having your company at the event or register online.

The Edison Mall is embracing its role as a goodwill ambassador and community town center by finding impactful opportunities to connect with the community. Dreams & Inspirations will highlight some locally Black owned businesses, artisans, and food trucks. There will be music, a designated kid zone with art-in-the-air, crafts, and story time. Guests will be given swag bags, and have the opportunity to win raffle prizes throughout the day. In addition, Edison Mall is featuring their own Black owned retailers through the month of February, De’ Marshawn’s Salon & Makeup and Lit By You Candles.

You can do anything from buying, selling, or trading-in Dyson products to sanitizing your keys, cell phones and wallets with the latest UV-C Light Technology. The Warranty Reps brand includes cloth face masks, UV-C Light Sanitizing, Buy-Sell-Trade for Dyson products and of course they assist with warranty claims issues. The leadership team always tries to provide a fun, interactive experience at the shop, so when you visit, be ready to check out all the product demonstrations they have available and the beautiful fine art gallery. We are hosting our first in-person 2021 luncheon tomorrow, February 17, a business development panel with John Talmage, Michele Hylton-Terry, and Todd Raines, at the Crowne Plaza Fort Myers at Bell Tower (13051 Bell Tower Drive, Fort Myers).

The event is sold out and we have a waitlist. If you already registered and are unable to attend, please email Debra DeHaven ( by 3:00PM today. We are happy to provide a refund if you are unable to join us.

For those attending, we kindly ask that you keep your mask on until you are seated at your table - this includes during the 30-minutes of networking time. We thank you in advance for respecting this request. Seating for the luncheon will be distanced.
Please note that check-in is at 11:30AM, with networking for the first half hour. Our program begins at noon. In addition to our mask request, the Crowne Plaza requires masks in all public areas.
