CHAMBER MEMBER OF THE WEEK: THE REEF AT WINKLER
The Reef at Winkler is Southwest Florida's first smart community - the first apartment complex in the U.S. to collaborate with Amazon for unique and personal automation experiences for each resident. The Reef at Winkler is comprised 160 units in four four-story buildings, and is located at the corner of Schoolhouse Road and Winkler Avenue. The property will have resort-style amenities including a clubhouse, beach-entry pool, splash pad, barbecue pits, Zen garden and more. COMMUNITY COOPERATIVE'S FULL PLATES PROJECT
Each year, Community Cooperative partners with supporters like you to bring meals to families and homebound elderly in need around Thanksgiving. This year will be especially difficult for many of our neighbors to put food on the table for their families. Please help ensure that there are no empty plates this Thanksgiving by supporting the Full Plates Project initiative. Here's how you can help.

Turkey Drive - Community Cooperative is collecting frozen turkeys of all sizes to distribute to families at Mobile Food Pantries and through our Community Market in the month of November. Drop off frozen turkeys at 3429 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd by November 20th.

Donate a Family Thanksgiving Basket - Include all the basics to feed a family of four with a festive Thanksgiving meal: a turkey, stuffing, yams, mashed potatoes, green beans, and more. Check out our website for a full list of items to include in your dinner basket HERE.

Host a Food Drive - Host a Full Plates Project food drive to collect items that Community Cooperative can assemble into family dinner baskets. View our wish list and fill out a food drive registration form by clicking HERE. 

Sponsor a Family Thanksgiving Basket - Just $50 sponsors a Family Thanksgiving Basket for a family in need this season. Checks can be made out to Community Cooperative with Full Plates Project in the memo line. Please send donations to P.O. Box 2143 Fort Myers, FL 33902. Or, donate online and let us know you'd like your gift to go towards Full Plates Project - Thanksgiving outreach.

BLOOD DRIVE AT THE CHAMBER
The OneBlood bus will be at the Chamber office (2310 Edwards Drive - across from the Fort Myers Yacht Basin) on Tuesday, November 10 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please help our community as blood donors are desperately needed.
