IMPACT Fellow Makes Crain's 40 Under 40 List
Dawn Frances Reese, Director of Strategy for the Cleveland Avenue Foundation for Education (THE CAFÉ), is one of Crain’s Chicago Business 40 under 40. Reese is currently enrolled as a 2019 Fellow in the Chicago Urban League's IMPACT Leadership Development Program.

As Director of Strategy for The CAFÉ, Dawn focuses on expanding the foundation’s reach, impact and presence through key community partnerships in Chicago. Dawn also drives employee engagement and issue awareness among Cleveland Avenue employees by leading our firm’s community impact across Chicago. 
She has been deeply engaged in the non-profit community, specifically start-ups in conservation, venture capital, higher education and international development. Dawn has been active in our community, co-chairing or serving on councils such as the Chicago Foundation for Women Young Women’s Leadership Council, Women Employed, Chicago Women in Philanthropy, and the Development Leadership Consortium.
