Lifelong Learning Classes Via Zoom!
L3X Virtual Launch Party, Thu., Aug. 20, 6 - 7:30 pm. (click here to register). Practice Health & Fitness at Home!
The Psycho-Social Impact of Covid and Social Injustice: Examining our Own Views, Wed., Aug. 12, 1 - 3:00 pm. Virtually join the TSCF & UPSLIDE as they bring a thought-provoking presentation by Kenneth Fowler, PhD, LMHC, that explores the psychological and social impacts of this historic landscape of pandemic and social unrest that we find ourselves in. There is much to consider in terms of understanding the forces at work and is an opportunity to explore how individuals can cope, adapt, and become agents of positive change. First Monday Mindfulness Meditation 
If you missed the first Monday Mindfulness meditation with Nicolette, you can watch by clicking here! Mindfulness is known to improve mental and physical health, including reducing stress, improving focus, and decreasing pain. This informative video explores what mindfulness means, the benefits it provides, and ways to incorporate practice into daily life. It concludes with a 10-minute guided mindfulness meditation activity that can also be practiced on your own. Presented by Nicolette Castagna, MA, MPH, RMHCI, TSC UPSLIDE Program Counselor.

The Senior Center's UPSLIDE is a Program that Addresses Loneliness, Isolation and Depression. Do you have a friend or neighbor who is lonely? Would you like to become more socially connected? Staying active is one of the most important things we can do to keep healthy and age successfully. While we can't be together in person, we encourage to join us for a variety of virtual fitness classes, offered 3 ways for your viewing convenience:
