Staying on Top of Changes
as We Drive

Around age 55, many of us start to see a decline in the skills used while driving, such as changes in vision, cognition, and physical ability.

Noticing changes early is key to improving our chances of extending our safe driving ability.

· Visit your eye doctor on an annual basis.

Keep It Simple--Make an Impact
At a recent meeting with our financial planner, we learned something new. Everyone knows you can name family members as beneficiaries on a life insurance policy. You may not know that you can also name a charitable organization, such as the Tallahassee Senior Citizens Foundation, as a beneficiary and help further our mission of helping seniors.

A gift of a life insurance policy is a wonderful way to support senior programming at the Senior Center and make a lasting impact on our community, especially if you have a life insurance policy you no longer need. Who knew leaving a legacy could be so simple? Let us know if you would like more information on your legacy options.

For more information on ways to support the Senior Center,

Donations, honorariums, memorial gifts,
galaxy stars, and legacy gifting are appreciated!
Donations and membership are tax deductible.
