Caregiving is hard, even on the good days. It requires dedication, determination, and time. If you provide support such as errands, grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning, and medical or personal care at home – you are a caregiver. You would probably benefit from some support.
Consider joining the new group at the Tallahassee Senior Center, and share knowledge and experience, find resources and friends who understand.
This informational session will help us explore the needs of our community. Thursday, January 19 at 11:00 am in the Activity Room

1:30 – 3:30 pm
In 1800, the Congressional Library began with 540 volumes and three maps. Today the Library has more than 170 million items. The scope of the library is amazing, but the Jefferson Building with mosaics on the floors, walls, and ceilings is beautiful. Instructor Nell Stranburg, former docent at the Jefferson Building, will cover the history and purpose of the library. We will take a virtual tour of the Jefferson Building and dive into some of the exhibits.
More upcoming classes:
• Artists of the Renaissance • History of the Old Armory (TSC Building)
• RISE ABOVE Exhibit • Spring House Tours • Hidden Gems of Paris
Plus hikes - Aucilla River & Sinks and the Coastal Plains Institute
