Instructors will offer step by step guidance, helping you become more confident using your smartphone, tablet, laptop or other device. $5 donation
Meet TMH Animal Therapy!
Fri., Nov. 18, 10-11 am
Come and enjoy some pet therapy with TMH’s Animal Therapy program. Animal Therapy has over 200 certified handler-animal teams that visit Tallahassee Memorial, and the community at large. Come out for a presentation on what we do and to meet some of our animal-handler teams!
Contra Dance

Jigs and reels and all kinds of fun! Moves similar to square dance with a caller instructing each dance before the music begins. Newcomers should arrive by 7:15. Wear comfortable shoes and clothes. No partner or experience necessary.

November is Diabetes Awareness month. Get your Biometric Health Screening done at no-cost! Includes: Height, Weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), Blood Pressure, and A1C test (3-month average blood sugar level).
