ANDERSON STUDENTS AWARDED SHRM SCHOLARSHIPS

The University of New Mexico proudly announces that seniors Angelica Gonzales, Xavier Jones, and Ever Medina have been awarded the University of New Mexico SHRM Student Chapter Scholarship, sponsored by the Human Resource Management Association of New Mexico. Each recipient will receive a $1,000 scholarship in recognition of their exceptional academic achievements, leadership potential, and dedication to human resources.

Awardees were selected through a rigorous evaluation process that considered GPA, involvement in clubs, community contributions, and thoughtful narratives demonstrating their understanding of SHRM competencies and strategic professional development plans.

These scholarships highlight the Human Resource Management Association of New Mexico's commitment to supporting the next generation of HR leaders. Congratulations to Angelica, Xavier, and Ever for their outstanding accomplishments!

Rainforest Pitch Competition - Live Finals

Wednesday, Apr. 16, 5:30 p.m. - 7 p.m. | Bow & Arrow Brewing Co.

Join us for this semester’s Rainforest Pitch Competition, where students from across New Mexico universities pitch their entrepreneurial ideas. This final round showcases the top 10 finalists’ live pitches, who will compete for over $5,000 in prizes.
