The goal of the RIMA survey is to explore the experiences of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color, to include Asian/API, Latinx, and/or Multiracial groups), Persons with Disabilities, and LGBTQI undergraduate and graduate students at UNM and design appropriate interventions to enhance UNM's inclusive climate.

Let your voice be heard! The Division for Equity and Inclusion (DEI) invites all
Lobos to learn about the Racial and Intersectional Microaggressions (RIMA)
Survey.

If you have been selected for the stratified sample you received a link to the online survey on March 8. The first 500 at Main/Branch campuses and 500 at HSC who complete the survey will be offered a $10 gift card.
