We would like to recognize John Hofmeister, former President of Shell Oil Company and Founder and Chief Executive of Citizens for Affordable Energy, who passed away last week. John was an accomplished energy leader and a friend of OEP who participated most recently in our energy independence stakeholder roundtable last year. We mourn his passing and extend our condolences to his family and loved ones.
