Dear OEP Community,
We want to thank you for your continued support of our programs at
OurEnergyPolicy
(OEP) and your interest in advancing the dialogue on U.S. energy policy issues. As we continue to grow our organization, we are expanding and improving our programs to advance our mission of enhancing sound U.S. energy policies.
Moving forward, in order to give you more time and opportunity to provide thoughtful comments and responses on critical energy policy issues, we will feature one
online discussion
each month—instead of each week. Each monthly discussion will come with prior notice about the topic and a lengthier comment period. In addition to these scheduled monthly discussions, we will continue to have discussions hosted by and for members of Congress, congressional committees, and government officials. As always, this will give you the opportunity to reach policy leaders directly as we convey your comments to federal and state legislators and other policymakers.
We are also expanding our
popular live event series
to include more events in the Washington, D.C. area. Finally, we are continuing to grow the newly rebranded
OurEnergyLibrary
, which we hope you have been using for your research and other policy work.
We believe this approach will allow for greater participation, inclusion, and stronger discussions, and we welcome your feedback on other ways to strengthen and expand OEP. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to
contact us
.
Best regards,
Bill Squadron
