Commonwealth v. Jacob Elvis Mayes
Judge: Lape
Prosecutor: Rob Sanders & Emily Arnzen
Police Agency: Covington
On 9/10/25, Mayes pled guilty to multiple counts of Rape, Sodomy, Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Minor, Voyeurism, and Possession of Matter Portraying a Sexual Performance by a Minor. Commonwealth's Attorney Rob Sanders and Asst. Commonwealth's Attorney Emily Arnzen recommended a sentence of 70 years in prison. On 12/2/25, Mayes was sentenced to 70 years in prison.

On 10/30/25, Dehner pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance (cocaine). Asst. Commonwealth's Attorney Laura Putman recommended a sentence of 1 year in prison, consecutive to another case. On 12/1/25, Dehner was sentenced to 1 year in prison, consecutive to another case.
