January 20, 2023

MASU has released our updated 2023 Legislative Priorities on our website. We look forward to continuing to meet with members of the 102nd Legislature to talk about the vital role that public universities play in the economic health of Michigan. Our 2023 Michigan Higher Education Public Policy Agenda will be released soon.

Additionally, MASU has its “Higher Ed 101” series of introductory features on public universities available on our website for those looking to get acquainted with our sector. A recommended starting point is this introduction written at the seating of the previous legislature: Higher Ed 101: A new introduction to Michigan public universities for policymakers.
