Transitioning to online schooling or working from home can be challenging. Knowing this, we must be proactive about our days to help alleviate some of the chaos that ensues when we don’t plan ahead. One of the first steps toward a motivated mindset is to create a routine.

  • Routines don’t have to be minute by minute schedules.

  • Try to stay consistent when implementing your routine.

  • Tell someone about your routine.
