Public Skating
Public skates are unsupervised - use is at your own risk. CSA certified helmets are MANDATORY for children under 8, ad we strongly recommend helmets for all ice users.
The latest Public Health Order update from October 27 requires all Public Ice users (includes public skating, shinny, sunrise skate, family puck and stick, and public figure skating) 12+ years of age to provide proof of vaccination. (Youth sport is exempt for participants 21 and younger)
- Prior to going on the ice, see the Customer Service Desk to have your vaccination status verified.
- You will be given a wristband to show that you have checked in.
- Parents providing care/supervision to their skater will also be required to verify their vaccination status.
