Inspectors may be in your area conducting follow-up reinspections for any noted violations from Annual property reviews, addressing resident-submitted concerns, and performing resale inspections if you are selling your home.

All exterior changes must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural and Environmental Review Committee (AERC) before any work begins. This ensures your project complies with Ashburn Village’s community AER guidelines.

Voting Deadline

 

Online, mail-in, and drop-off ballots close Oct 15 at 5:00 PM. You can still vote in person at the Annual Meeting until it's called to order.


Please note: The meeting will be open for online attendance; however, no voting will be

allowed by online residents during the meeting. Online attendees may take part in the

Resident Forum.

🎈 SHOP FOR TREASURES IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD


TOMORROW


The Ashburn Village Fall Yard Sale, Shred, Paint and Electronic Recycle event is happening at neighborhood homes and at the Lakes Parking Lot this Saturday from 8:00AM – 1:00PM! Please see the link to the full list of participating homes here. 


A few friendly reminders:

  • The shred, paint and electronic recycle companies will be onsite at the Lakes Parking Lot from 9am - 1pm. 
  • Your first three paint cans are complementary and each additional can will be $5 each.
  • These items are not permitted for the paint recycling: wood and deck stains, DryLock, polyurethane sealers, spray paint, and hazardous waste.
  • Please review the electronics restrictions list before you load your cars. 
  • NEW ADDITION: The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office will be onsite at the Lakes during the yard sale to collect and dispose of old prescription medications.

Register HERE by midnight on 10/19.

 

A listing of the houses registered and voting info will be available to residents starting on Monday, 10/20. Voting will end at midnight on Monday, 10/27 with winners announced on Tuesday, 10/28.

 

Winners for each category (single family homes/townhouses) will receive the following prize - 1st place : $75 gift card, 2nd place $50 gift card, 3rd place $25 gift card.

👻 Halloween Spooktacular 🦇


Join us on Saturday, October 25 from 6:00pm - 7:00pm for our annual Halloween Spooktacular 2025 at the Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion! 


Come dressed in costume and visit our 12 treat or treat candy stops! In case of inclement weather, the event will be canceled and goodie bags of candy will be available for residents to pick up at AVSP on Halloween Day.


This is a FREE event for Ashburn Village residents, registration not required.
