Inspections:
Annual Property Reviews Currently in Progress
Inspectors are in Zone 1
Each year, Association staff conduct annual inspections of single‑family homes and townhomes to help ensure properties remain in compliance with the Community Guidelines.
If you are a new homeowner in the Village, or if you’re unfamiliar with the Architectural and Environmental Guidelines that our Community Standards Inspectors follow, we encourage you to review them ahead of time. Being familiar with the Guidelines is a great way to stay informed.

In addition to Annual inspections, inspectors may be in your area addressing resident-submitted concerns, and performing resale inspections if you are selling your home.

Please put yard waste in paper lawn bags or a container specifically marked "Yard Waste."
Yard debris is picked up on Mondays only and can be placed on the curbside up to 2 days prior to pick up.
Yard waste does not include any materials arising from tree removal, land clearing, or development activities (i.e.- hired landscaping contractors).

- Approved addendum to the service agreement with Arch Amenities Group for management of the Blue Waves Swim Team.
- Appointed Ben Long to the Board and as liaison to the Finance Committee.
- Approved the replacement of HVAC equipment at the Sports Pavilion.
- Approved the replacement of onsite laundry equipment at the Sports Pavilion.
- Approved the selection of a contractor for the Dam Overtopping project.
- Approved a proposal to provide pickleball programming on one court at Mills Pickleball Courts.
- The Board reviewed recent delinquent accounts and covenant violations and provided direction to management on how to resolve these matters.

- Authorized management to proceed with landscape enhancements as recommended by the Landscape Committee.
- Authorized the purchase of additional pool furniture as recommended by the Aquatics Committee and management.
- Directed management to survey the committee on the replacement of the steam room at the Sports Pavilion.
- Approved a revised Committee Policy with key changes, including allowing non-member residents to serve on committees with Board approval, requiring committee chairs to attend Board meetings quarterly, and updating committee names and staff positions.
- Approved a budget of $15,000 for community decorations.

Share Your Thoughts: Steam Room Survey

As part of ongoing facility planning at the Sports Pavilion, the existing steam room is due for a significant overhaul. The estimated cost to replace the steam room is approximately $35,000.
Before moving forward, we are seeking resident input on whether to renovate the current steam room or consider alternative uses for the space.
Your feedback will help guide this decision.

Our pool contractor, Premier Aquatics, is currently hiring lifeguards and will be hosting a hiring event this Saturday. Scrape for the Grape has quickly become one of Loudoun’s most popular volunteer events, with more than 1,000 volunteers expected this year!
This family-friendly event brings together residents from across Loudoun to scrape spotted lanternfly egg masses before they hatch, before they hatch, creating awareness about the invasive species issue while helping protect our rural economy and local vineyards.
As a thank you, participating wineries and vineyards offer special discounts to volunteers throughout the three event weekends, and Mom’s Apple Pie will provide special event cookies shaped like the spotted lanternfly for the kids. See the photo below.

Participants will also receive great event merchandise as a keepsake for taking part in this free community effort.
Co-founded by Ashburn Village resident and Board Member Mike Littman, the event will be held this year at 16 wineries and vineyards, Ida Lee Park, and two HOAs on:

- Sunday, April 12
Time: 10am - 1pm each day!

Aquatics Spring Break Reminder
There will be no Group Swim or Frozen Jets/Squirts programming Monday, March 30 through Sunday, April 5 due to Spring Break. All billing has been adjusted. Private lessons will be held at the discretion of your instructor, so please contact your instructor directly in regards to private/semi-private lessons.
All Group Swim and Frozen Jets/Squirts programming will resume normal schedules on Monday, April 6. The Blue Wave Swim Team will be having its Spring Programming Break from Monday, March 30 through Monday, April 6. During this time there will be no practices or drylands for all squads. All practices and drylands will resume normal schedules on Tuesday,
April 7.
